Bob Thompson seemed to intuitively understand our needs and went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed in order for the sale to go smoothly. His communication with us and the Buyer's agent was seamless. He is trustworthy and we would recommend him to anyone.
Bob did a great job. We worked with Bob long distance for about 7 months prior to actually visiting and touring condo's. We were supplied with all the information we needed to start making choices of which condos to consider. Bob is a wealth of information and very responsive to all our questions. When we viewed the condos Bob pointed out certain details which helped us to make an informed decision . What we really liked was that Bob took us to see any of the condos we wanted, He did not try to steer us in any particular direction. We would definitely use Bob again and highly recommend him
Bob is a friend and a true professional. He marketed my home during the corona virus and took a lot of work and worry off me. He was very thorough and helpful in taking care of overseeing minor problems which always come up in preparing for the sale. We originally had a buyer before the pandemic started however the sale fell through. Just when the original buyer backed out the pandemic started Bob carried the ball and found another buyer. I'm very happy with his effort and efficiency.
