Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable as a real estate agent. In addition to showing me a lot of houses during our 18 month property search, he understood my needs and requirements. While he had many other clients to work with, Bob and I remained in constant communication during my search process. My only complaint with Bob is that I purchased the 4th least expensive jubilee sold in Middletown Township (out of 100 sold) during 2017 and not the least expensive! (Ha Ha). Seriously, I would recommend Bob Sweed to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

My partner and I were looking for our first home together. We had an extremely tight budget for homes. We requested to see a home just down the street from where we were currently renting and fell in the love with the place. During the process of trying to get a mortgage, finding we could not get one, and finding out my partners Parents were going to help us with it the house sold. We were bummed out but Bob believed in finding us a place. For the following few months we looked at dozens of homes ranging all over Bucks County. He did not complain about seeing the dumps we found or the really bad fixer uppers. He was extremely helpful in finding the good and bad of every house we went to see. He has a great sense of humor and respect for all his clients and is not in it to get a commission. He really wanted to find a home for us and all of his clients. Eventually we found the home we are this point, still moving into, and loving it. We knew getting into the house we choose would have certain challenges but Bob had a person in mind to do every job from inspections, termites, plumbing and just about anything else you would need to know when purchasing a home. Bob is the kind of person you will recommend over and over and the type of person we look forward to inviting to our House Warming and other events. He is truly a great person and has more than earned my partners and my respect.
