We were out of State buyers and Bob was very patient as we made several trips to Black Mountain over several months. We looked at a lot of homes. Black Mountain is a “hot” market and he always let us know of new homes coming on the market so we could make a decision on whether we should travel to see them before they were already under contract. He even Face Timed us through a couple homes to make our travel decision easier. In the end we found a great home and are happy to be part of this great community.
