Bob Petit

Bob was extremely professional through our entire process. He knew the business and quickly filtered down exactly what we needed. We moved long distance and he made it his priority to be available whenever we were in town. Bob made the whole process easier.

We met Bob when he was showing us a house he had listed. The house was not for us so Bob ask what we were looking for and we told him that location is of upmost importance. We wanted to be near our son. Not a lot of houses in that area. Bob worked tirelessly for several months. During that time he became a personal friend and gave us advice not only as an agent but as someone who wanted the best for us not just a commission. He was able to sell our house and find a beautiful remodeled home and close on both houses the same day in the same office what a time saver that was I would recommend Bob Petit very highly as an agent and a friend.

I told Bob it may take 6 months to two years for us to move to Statesville. He stayed with us and helped every step of the way. He never let us down Bob has gone out of his way to help us find the house of our dreams. Moving from Florida to Statesville is not an easy thing to do. But Bob made it possible. I put a lot of trust in him and he came through. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I highly recommend him and his dedication to to helping his clients. I think of Bob more of a friend than my realtor.
