Most people buy or sell one home, we have been fortunate and we have sold/purchase 7 homes in the last four years and Bob Pelzmann has been our agent for all the transactions. We have had some tough purchases and Bob has helped us through them, and we sold a home in the cold winter months during the holidays! In addition to the 7 homes, Bob has sold my cousins home after two other agents could not and we ran into a situation where a Seller didnt meet the deadlines and we had to walk away from the sale, and Bob helped us thru that. Bob is Assist to Sell, he and his wife run the business, do the chores, and get the job done. Our purchases have been in the Muskego area, Greenfield, Milwaukee, Wauwatosa and Franklin area and BOB was the guy!
