Trying to sell a property during a pandemic is challenging. Trying to sell it furnished when one lives 1200 miles away is challenging trebled! The Oxnard group was most helpful every step of the way, from listing to cleaning out. When the buyer wanted the property unfurnished, my agents found people to empty cabinets and remove items. My agent, Jennifer Letourrneau, was present when movers came to pack and move; Lillie Morolles checked the property regularly and made sure it was always ready to show. I was kept informed of updates,interest, concerns, and legal issues. They arranged for necessary inspections and were present when necessary. The explained the closing documents, answered questions and were my representatives at closing.They were excellent sellers' agents; I am certain they would also be outstanding buyers' agents.
