I had a slight issue with financing on my side 4 days before closing that cause us to have to push closing back almost 4 weeks. That push back made the seller and sellers agent a bit nervous…. Bob was able to keep them calm and make sure the deal closed. I couldn’t of imagined working with anyone else.
