It was a pleasure working with Bob. Coming from out of state (Maryland) to purchase a home in Florida, we really needed someone with insight into the Florida real estate market. We chose Bob based on a recommendation from a friend who had a good experience with him in the past. Bob is extremely knowledgeable, refreshingly honest, and funny. He took the time to really listen to us and what we were looking for, and guided us into finding the home of our dreams. He went above and beyond for us, even after closing (because we were still living out of state), helping to keep an eye on our new house. When it came time to sell our Maryland home, we were not satisfied with the real estate agents that we interviewed. Bob went the extra mile for us, researched real estate agents in Maryland, and he found a local agent who we were very happy with.

It was our lucky Day when we bumped into Bob while looking at properties. He showed endless patience and support through our home buying experience. We were kept in the loop the entire time. He took away so much of the stress and made it a great experience. Bob is a real professional and so very kind.

Bob is hands down a godsend to our family. We were not from the area and were unable to be in town for viewings. Bob is something off an HGTV show. We simply told him what we were wanting in our ideal home and Bob took the rest. There wasn’t even a need for us to look for ourselves. Bob would send us housing options that he felt fit our wants/needs and would go video tour them. Even when he sent us a unit(condo) that we knew wasn’t for us, he went and video toured it for us. He did this so that we could tell him what we liked and disliked about the home, in order for him to have an even deeper understanding of what our ideal home would need. As far communication- Bob is the best (again, he is the best… like, seriously. He’s amazing). There was never one time that he didn’t get back to us within minutes. The longest we ever waited for a response was maybe 20 minutes… and he would apologize for the inconvenience (we know how awesome of a realtor he is… we know that man has other clients, but you would never know by the way he treated us. We felt like we were his only clients). At closing time, Bob would send weekly (at least) emails to us, the mortgage and title company. He did this to fully understand where we were at in the process and would always do whatever he could to ease the process. We were unable to travel in town (our condo is in Jacksonville, but we lived in North Georgia). This man set up a mail away closing and was at closing via zoom. He even did duties that you wouldn’t expect of a realtor. This man seriously went and cleaned the place… like, seriously.. he cleaned inside cabinets, floors, changed the locks for us. He’s AMAZING. There is even more that he did for us, but I’m pretty sure you get the idea by this review- he’s THE BEST). Buying a home is oftentimes the most expensive investment someone will ever make. As expected, you want to know that you have someone fighting for you. Bob is your realtor.

Bob is an outstanding realtor help use a lot trying to find a house in Jacksonville Fl. Bob took all my call and answered all the questions I had about the house we bought. I recommend Bob to anyone buying or selling there house.

Bob was very helpful in my selection of a new home. Did not waste my time looking at places that I would not be interested in, unlike some realtors. Constantly stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on any new properties I would be interested in. Was very helpful during the entire process once I selected a new home. I expressed interest in a property I found online and, as luck would have it, Bob Linne was the first realtor to approach me about the home. After a long conversation with Bob, I felt comfortable asking him to assist me in my search for a new home in a city I had never visited before. Bob let me know that even though I wasn’t in town to see the properties, he would put together video tours for me of the properties I had interest in. His video tours gave me a real feel for the homes; I even put an offer on a home that he video-toured for me without seeing it in person! Roughly ten properties in, Bob helped me find the right home for my family and I. Bob asks the right questions and listens to the answers in his quest to find your home. I found him the right Realtor for the Job!

Bob was a tremendous asset in our search for our new home. Market knowledge excellent. Personality kind, funny and helpful. Patient. Always listened to our wants and needs, and adjusted accordingly. Went out of his way to suit our convenience, and showed us many well chosen properties. Never left us hanging. Felt like we were his main priority.

Bob Linne won't waste your time. If you need it, he will patiently and clearly explain every step of the process. Tell Bob what you are looking for, and be prepared to act. Also, be prepared to get very helpful suggestions on properties and features that you may not have considered. He will do thorough research on available properties including previewing properties to avoid wasting his time and yours. He is a complete professional in all aspects of the business.
