We had been working with Bob Linne for a few weeks to find a Palm Coast home. One caught our eye on New Year's Eve afternoon while scrolling through a consumer site. Because he is an expert in working with out of state buyers, he immediately offered to drive to the home (50 miles away) to make a video for us. What other agent would do that on New Year's ??? He narrated the video highlighting the home's special features which we appreciated. He also scheduled a showing appointment for the day we returned.
