I don’t think I could have bought this condo without Bob Kapish. He was so understanding, had great knowledge of the market and area, and he was kind. I had not been well and he made it all work for me even when I did not do my part. Bob is a great Realtor.

Even the buyers said he was so helpful to them in going over everything our home had to offer and explaining how things worked He was there for every showing and even did personal things for us when we were out of town.
