Bob Kapish

I don’t think I could have bought this condo without Bob Kapish. He was so understanding, had great knowledge of the market and area, and he was kind. I had not been well and he made it all work for me even when I did not do my part. Bob is a great Realtor.

We cant say enough good things about Bob. Even the buyers said he was so helpful to them in going over everything our home had to offer and explaining how things worked He was there for every showing and even did personal things for us when we were out of town. We had never realized how important a helpful realtor is, but now we know. I am sure if not for Bob our home would not have sold so quickly. Thank you Bob for all you did, above and beyond.

Bob was awesome the whole way through. COVID has made buying a house harder than ever, and really protracted the process. Bob was patient with us as we took our time sorting through the properties, and was always available when we had properties we wanted to see in person. He was prompt with responses, and emails and follow up with the Sellers and other parties. As a first time homebuyer I had a million questions, and Bob was always there to answer them. He also has a very easy going and cordial personality, which helps a lot during the stressful time that homebuying can be. You can really tell that Bob's focus is helping people find the right home for them and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.
