Bob Herrera

My girlfriend and I have been dealing with realtors for a variety of real estate purchases since the mid 1980's and are still active in that area. Not before or after Mr. Bob Herrera did we ever consider recommending any of those realtors. Mr. Herrera is a absolute gem. Most realtors cannot even come close to holding a candle next to him. The process of selling my condo in Marina Del Rey had many serious complications and obstacles. Bob did an amazing job of straightening them all out. Not only did he make himself readily available to answer questions regarding the many issues that arose, Bob made every effort to make the corrections even before they came to our attention! If you decide to sell your condo, grab Mr. Herrera. He is the one to quickly find a client to purchase your property. Bob is always polite, respectful, even-tempered, conscientious and helpful. He goes out of his way to please a client. His qualities are simply overwhelming - you are getting a lot in return for the small fee he charges. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Bob and will always be very appreciative of the pleasant experience I had working with him in my difficult situation. In fact, I cannot find words adequate enough to express my high regard for Mr. Herrera as the best realtor one could ever hope to find. I can only say - he is absolutely the BEST of the BEST.

Despite some health and life obligation issues on both sides making for a bumpy start, with persistence, patience and effort we were back on track and the whole thing came together, we closed escrow and are now preparing to fix the place up so we can move into it. I like that my agent is a fighter like myself and it was a refreshing to see someone who can step up against the other side and in the process manage what can potentially become a problem.
