I have worked with Bob both buying and selling. I was referred to Bob through my girlfriend who has several friends who utilized Bob as a realtor- all with great success. Bob possesses an excellent knowledge of Denver and real estate in general. Bob also seems to be at his best when the process doesn't exactly go your way. He's a great negotiator!
