In a local real estate market crowded with tens of thousands of agents, how on earth do you decide WHO to represent YOU? I cannot tell you how lucky we felt to have Bob as our realtor and advocate. I say advocate because Bob consistently put our needs first (sometimes against his own benefit) because he truly cares. When it comes down to it, you have to trust your realtor. Never had I experienced an agent I could trust more to handle EVERY detail. He had experience and knowledge about foundational issues, construction estimates, manufacturing processes, contractual agreements, mortgage broker trends, etc. He knows and does things FAR beyond the requirements of a good realtor. That’s why Bob is a GREAT realtor. If he didn’t know an answer to a question, he knew who to contact to get us an answer and followed up SAME DAY. I can’t tell you how many houses we sent Bob wanting to see mid-day and getting in to tour within hours. You are always treated like the most important client. I have dealt with many realtors, but Bob is different. Bob is a step above the rest in every aspect and you’d be foolish to not meet with him if you are buying or selling your property/home.

Bob was referred to me by a realtor in Summit County. When he came to my house for the first time for a consult, he was very professional and personable. He offered very good advice. I decided immediately that I wanted him to be my agent. He helped me every step of the way and was always available to me, nights and weekends. It started out as a business relationship, I now consider him a friend. I also know that he will continue to help me after the sale if necessary. I highly recommend Bob.

Twenty years ago Bob helped us buy a house. A few years later he taught us how to buy another one while keeping the first one as an investment. Today I realized that I wouldn’t be able to retire soon (ever?) if it weren’t for that investment property purchase. Not only did our tenants pay the mortgage all of these years, but we have hundreds of thousands of dollars in equity. And this is our only investment that is pretty much guaranteed to keep up with inflation as rents keep going up. Most recently he helped us with a complicated 1031 exchange and difficult buyers. Bob was very helpful and proactive in getting my father's house listed and sold. Photos and prep was all taken care of and gave the best overall view of the property. Every issue that came up Bob was right on top of things and assisted us in resolving it. He gave us lots of feedback and guided us through every step of the way. Always a quick response to questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

It's not easy finding and buying a home in Boulder County. Even as a past real estate broker and attorney myself, I knew I needed someone who knew the market and could help me navigate the negotiations. Bob was fantastic...exactly what I needed and hoped for. His expertise and knowledge are exceptional, he truly cares about and appreciates his clients, he's serious and professional, yet he's a genuinely likable and kind person. One night, I was looking for homes online - it was close to midnight and I liked one in particular. I asked to see it - early next morning, I got a call from Bob. I was impressed at his promptness- he then set up a showing and long story short, we closed in close to 45 days. Bob was professional and diligent. He advised us on all aspects of the purchase and was honest, trustworthy and completely represented our best interests. What is noteworthy is that he was always mindful of the wishes of the seller and represented her best interests as well. We were impressed by this ethical approach to negotiating and purchasing. We’re in our new home now but Bob stays in touch to make sure we are ok. What more could any buyer want? We have a special relationship with Bob now - he will always have a special place in our heart! Whatever he touches, turns to SOLD!
