My agent went above and beyond for me. I was a first home buyer so I had no clue where to start my home search, what the process was to buy a home.. completely green. My agent took the time to explain all of the steps to me and to patiently answer any questions I had. She also advised us, as we were touring homes, what to look for as we were walking through the homes. I really felt like we were taken care of during the entire process. I also appreciated my agent's quick communication. Every time I wrote to her, she responded right away. Even after settlement, and our relationship came to a close, she still took time to answer what remaining questions I had. As first-time home buyers, we loved working with The Bob & Ronna Group from beginning to end. They contacted us immediately and placed us with a realtor who was professional, relatable and understood our needs every step of the way, really putting us at ease through the entire process. My only criticism would be that the website wasn't quite as user-friendly as some others and rarely included school information. But otherwise we were very happy with them and would heartily recommend them to our friends!
