Our realtor was Mike Thurnes with the Bob and Ronna group and he was AMAZING!! We moved very quickly due to a military PCS and listed our house when it was vacant. Our realtor coordinated any extra maintence we needed and all our contractors. He checked on our house after a snow storm. Everyone with the Bob and Ronna group was extremely nice and professional. They have the best marketing and customer service that I have experienced. Our house was listed, sold and closed in 2 1/2 months and for $45,000 more than we expected. AMAZING service!

Mike Thurnes was a great and efficient realtor. I had the best in Bob and Ronna 3 years ago and frankly didn't expect the same level of support. But what a surprise I got. The road to this sale was definitely rocky because of the buyers' venue, but Mike was after them every step of the way and into the early morning hours. Off to a rocky start last September when we first put the house on the market. Didnt get much looks. We pulled it off and then relaunched in the early spring at a lower price. Because we are out in the country and have a custom build home (by the original owner) we had a hard time getting the right comps. BRG helped with that. Then when we had a motivated buyer, the first appraiser came in very low. Because the buyer was motivated, they allowed a 2nd appraisal. This one came in for what we were asking. Done and done. Thanks to BRG for getting us to a smooth sell even though our home was "unique." The new family is getting a great home with room to grow their new family.
