In buying our new home we were lucky enough to work with Lauri Clay of the Bob & Ronna Group real estate agency. Looking for a new home is always hard, but we really felt Lauri had our backs -- she knew so much about house construction and design such that she was able to point out significant issues in the houses we viewed -- things we would not have noticed. Lauri has been doing this for a while and her experience was invaluable to us during our house hunting! I was referred to the Bob & Ronna Group by a friend who had recently used their services and was very pleased with the results. From their first meeting with me, I was impressed by Bob and Ronna's professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market, including a determination of the value of my home. They were personable, as well, which made me a bit less anxious at the start of the selling process, and once the listing was in place, it only took five days before there were multiple offers on the property. For much of the time, I worked with Rebekah, one of their Listing Managers, and she helped everything run smoothly, including responding to all of my (many) questions and having contacts with well-regarded contractors for last minute repairs on the home. The closing came off without a hitch, and the funds were transferred to me without delay.
