I had a pleasure of working with Chris (Christina Heiderman), and the experience of working with her was special to me. In this time of uncertainty due to covid and unprecedented market for real estate, I was able to buy my first house over 10K lower than its market price using VA loan (i.e. zero down-payment). It was exceptionally amazing feat on Chris' end not only because she built our portfolio to stand out among our competitions with such minimal resources we had, but it was also because there were outside hindrance to buying this house (not disclosed due to privacy). Chris can make the process of buying house as stress-free as possible and your intervention is kept minimum if you are overly busy with your work. She has extremely strong work ethic to the point where I can email her at midnight and send her a text at 5 am the following day and I can still get the response in less than an hour. My hypothesis is that she just doesn't sleep. She will always let you know if you are about to make a wrong move and advise you to step away. After a number of such iteration, I had decided to leave the most of work to Chris, and she was able to work her magic and gave me one of the historical best deals according to the lawyer from title company, listing agent, and simply the number. I am very grateful to have met Chris, and I am looking forward to continue working with her on my other real estate projects.

Selling a house can be extremely stressfull. However, Mike's expertise and guidance was crucial during this journey. Our house was a unique property adding the challenge of a smaller pool of buyers. This was our first time home buying experience. In this market, it was one heck of a doozy. Jonathan Barad was our agent, and he not only stuck with it, showing us TONS of properties, even being out late for last minute showings, but he never gave up and never got discouraged, which helped keep us positive. When we finally got our place, we landed in a condo. Since there wasn't a place for a sold sign (since its a big building) he brought one with him inside for our final walk-through so we could get pictures. It was an exhausting, frustrating, and taxing experience trying to buy in this market, but Jon was the best thing about it all. I can't exactly speak to what the experience is like with other companies, but I feel confident the next time we buy our agent is going to have some REALLY big shoes to fill after our experience with The Bob & Ronna Group!
