Bob is very professional and a skilled negotiator. He also communicates very effectively and is generous with his time. I very much appreciated all of the assistance he provided as we met various challenges associated with this sale -- particularly because I live out of state and relied on Bob as the on-site person dealing with this transaction. I cannot recommend Bob too highly if you are seeking someone to assist with a real estate transaction.

We had to put our house on the market just as the covid-19 pandemic began. Bob was tremendously helpful and innovative in how he marketed our house during this difficult time. He was careful to talk with the showing agents to make sure that any people who came to look at our house were serious buyers and not just 'looking'. This cut down on the number of people coming into our house during the shut down and we still ended up with a good offer within a few weeks. We highly recommend him.
