Bob Baronas worked with me to sell my brother's home at 6425 E. Leisure Lane in Flagstaff, AZ. Bob's advice and guidance were invaluable as we prepared the home to list for sale. An offer at the listed price was received within less than one week from the date the property went on the market in December 2022, and escrow closed on January 30, 2023. Bob is very professional and a skilled negotiator. He also communicates very effectively and is generous with his time. I very much appreciated all of the assistance he provided as we met various challenges associated with this sale -- particularly because I live out of state and relied on Bob as the on-site person dealing with this transaction. I cannot recommend Bob too highly if you are seeking someone to assist with a real estate transaction.

He is an energetic, knowledgeable, responsive agent who found us the right house at the right price and then guided us through the process. He was also available for post-closing advice and assistance. We felt confident in our purchase because of his expertise and his concern with protecting our interests. He is smart, friendly, kind, and unflappable. We recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home in this area. He is probably just as excellent in selling homes. 5 stars to this guy.

We had to put our house on the market just as the covid-19 pandemic began. Bob was tremendously helpful and innovative in how he marketed our house during this difficult time. He was careful to talk with the showing agents to make sure that any people who came to look at our house were serious buyers and not just 'looking'. This cut down on the number of people coming into our house during the shut down and we still ended up with a good offer within a few weeks. We highly recommend him.
