Blake is very knowledgeable about the area I was looking to buy. From the first meeting, I was impressed with how thorough and prepared he ensure I would be about the buying process. He gave me his personalized what to expect guide to the buying process! He was very flexible with meeting times and my changing requests in home sizes, etc. He pulled comps and advised me on how to compete with this very competitive market. He explained the pros and cons on how to make my offer the most competitive. Ultimately, he wanted to ensure I was informed and felt comfortable with my choices. Overall a great experience with Blake and his business partner Matt! I highly recommend them!
