Though it would have been easy for him to only focus on the positive aspects of any home we were seeing, he was always quick to point out issues that I, as a first time buyer, would not have noticed. He was also very responsive, which was particularly helpful in a market where houses sellers would receive multiple offers in the span of just a couple of days.
