I was looking for a home in a particularly difficult market for buyers. I had a very specific list of attributes I was looking for in my first home. Blake was patient and knowledgeable as accommodated requests to see what I am sure was an above average number of houses. Though it would have been easy for him to only focus on the positive aspects of any home we were seeing, he was always quick to point out issues that I, as a first time buyer, would not have noticed. He was also very responsive, which was particularly helpful in a market where houses sellers would receive multiple offers in the span of just a couple of days. In my case specifically, I put my offer in over the Fourth of July weekend and Blake was in constant communication with me and the seller parties facilitating submission of the offer. I recently closed on my home earlier this month, and Blake continues to reach out to make sure that I have everything I need. I would highly recommend Blake to anyone in search of a home.
