My wife and I have been looking for a retirement home in Lake Worth Beach area for the past year. We currently reside in Columbus, GA. We contacted other agencies and really didn't get much attention. We reached out to Coastline Realty about receiving information on a particular home. The same day we received an email from Blair Alshut (Twins Selling The Palm Beaches.) We drove down and met Blair on January 6, 2021. She set up several viewings based on what we were looking for in a home. After a couple dislikes, Blair immediately realized what we really wanted. She narrowed our viewings and found the home that we really liked. The next day Blair called us and said that the owner had reduced the price and if we wanted to make an offer. We hesitated a little bit and she informed us that this house would not last long on the market being reduced $30K. We agreed and made an offer that the owner accepted. Shortly thereafter Blair called and said that we just beat out two cash offers on the home. Blair led us through the whole purchasing process, recommended a respectable mortgage Company (CrossCountry Mortgage.) We closed on the home last week and are very pleased to have had the Twins make it possible. Blair is knowledgeable, professional, and aggressive real estate agent...a real go getter.
