My wife and I have been looking for a retirement home in Lake Worth Beach area for the past year. We currently reside in Columbus, GA. We contacted other agencies and really didn't get much attention. We reached out to Coastline Realty about receiving information on a particular home. The same day we received an email from Blair Alshut (Twins Selling The Palm Beaches.) We drove down and met Blair on January 6, 2021. She set up several viewings based on what we were looking for in a home. After a couple dislikes, Blair immediately realized what we really wanted. We closed on the home last week and are very pleased to have had the Twins make it possible. Blair is knowledgeable, professional, and aggressive real estate agent...a real go getter. My first experience buying a "short sale" and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I beat out several other contracts that were submitted because my realtors were very aggressive from the beginning! The girls were on top of all the paperwork that needed to be submitted and I finally got the duplex and rental income that I wanted! Highly recommend!
