My wife and I have been looking for a retirement home in Lake Worth Beach area for the past year. We currently reside in Columbus, GA. We contacted other agencies and really didn't get much attention. We reached out to Coastline Realty about receiving information on a particular home. This was a very fast deal. We didn't even see the condo until the day it was closing. We told Blair what we wanted and she hunted until she found us the condo we wanted in the exact building! With an all-cash deal, we were able to close within five weeks of making our first offer. The primary negotiator for the Three Amigos lives in Europe. Ashley and Blair demonstrated their commitment to our purchase by paying international phone rates throughout the negotiation process and graciously working around the 6-hour time difference. Whenever negotiations with the seller's agent hit a snag, Ashley and Blair stepped in with a solution. This included getting estimates from local vendors for critical bargaining estimates (washer/dryer hook up and roof replacement) with rapid turn-around times, and recommending can-do underwriters for a property that standard carriers refused to insure until certain conditions had been repaired. None of the Three Amigos lives in the Florida area but Ashley and Blair were able to simplify the negotiations with their expert use of electronic signature software and occasional text messaging to ensure that all addenda were signed in a timely fashion.
