Blair Alshut

My wife and I have been looking for a retirement home in Lake Worth Beach area for the past year. We currently reside in Columbus, GA. We contacted other agencies and really didn't get much attention. We reached out to Coastline Realty about receiving information on a particular home. The same day we received an email from Blair Alshut (Twins Selling The Palm Beaches.) We drove down and met Blair on January 6, 2021. She set up several viewings based on what we were looking for in a home. After a couple dislikes, Blair immediately realized what we really wanted. She narrowed our viewings and found the home that we really liked. The next day Blair called us and said that the owner had reduced the price and if we wanted to make an offer. We hesitated a little bit and she informed us that this house would not last long on the market being reduced $30K. We agreed and made an offer that the owner accepted. Shortly thereafter Blair called and said that we just beat out two cash offers on the home. Blair led us through the whole purchasing process, recommended a respectable mortgage Company (CrossCountry Mortgage.) We closed on the home last week and are very pleased to have had the Twins make it possible. Blair is knowledgeable, professional, and aggressive real estate agent...a real go getter. That is the exact type of agent Anna and I were looking for, someone that acts rather than reacts. We highly recommend Blair (The Twins Selling The Palm Beaches.) Second experience using the twins.. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond and I bought sight unseen from Greece. They knew exactly what I wanted.. and now that I have arrived I'm even more in love with the place I bought! Thank you girls!

My first experience buying a "short sale" and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I beat out several other contracts that were submitted because my realtors were very aggressive from the beginning! The girls were on top of all the paperwork that needed to be submitted and I finally got the duplex and rental income that I wanted! Highly recommend!

Blair was amazing at getting a buyer for my condo in 2 days. She always answered her phone, very knowledgeable of the local Lake Worth Beach market and just an overall pleasure to work with. If you want a local realtor in Lake Worth I defn will call Blair again!

This was a very fast deal. We didn't even see the condo until the day it was closing. We told Blair what we wanted and she hunted until she found us the condo we wanted in the exact building! Was only on the market 1 day! She always answered her phone, always kept us in the loop, and very knowledgeable about the home buying process. The twins worked well as a team and got the deal done!
