Blaine helped us find the perfect home in a hot market. He guided us thru making the right offer, and helped us negotiate our way thru the process for a quick closing. We were out of town buyers and he went above and beyond in walking us thru the property via zoom on numerous occasions, and even got an inspector out the day after our offer was accepted.
