Blaine was so great! As being first time home buyers, we were a little nervous. Blaine went and above and beyond to answer all of our questions and even gave us explanation to help us better understand the process. Blaine has fantastic communication. Even after us buying our home, we had a few more questions and Blaine still went out of his way to find the answers and help us. If I ever buy another home, it will be from Blaine.

This is my 3rd house purchase and in my past experience, the agents have not been very helpful. They always performed the minimum necessary. That wasn't the case with Blaine. Blaine took a genuine interest in what were were looking for in a home. During viewings, inspected the nooks and crannies of the homes we looked at (in order to ensure what they listed in the description was accurate). Other agents we had worked with simply opened the door and did nothing. Not Blaine. He was also extremely thorough with the comps and assisted us in getting the best price in a hot market. After the offer was accepted, Blaine stayed involved and was constantly following up with us and available to answer any questions we had. If you are looking for a home, we highly recommend you work with Blaine. You wont be disappointed.

Blaine has been nothing short of an exemplary realtor. Among the numerous ways he went out of his way to help me secure the house I was looking for were: Driving over 200 miles / 4 hours round trip just to meet me for the closing Helping me with my move by taking and holding a bag my clothes at his place until I could relocate Accepting calls after 8 PM at night, as well as promptly responding after attempting to reach him Sticking with me well over 4 months from the initial offer until after closing, all while dealing with an agent, seller, and builder that were not easy to work with. Spending extra time researching potential solutions to problems, as well as visiting my property on multiple occasions to adjust the air conditioning and make sure it was secure. I also appreciate him not attempting to persuade me into buying something I was not looking for, such as a home on a septic tank or part of an HOA. Quite honestly I'm not sure what else he could have done any better. I think you would be hard pressed to find another agent as dedicated to assisting their clients as Blaine is. Correction on Rate My Agent : property city is listed as Eatonville. Correct address according to Orange county and the post office is Maitland.
Blaine was fantastic when it came to finding homes, and guiding us on how to make sure we secure the house we wanted. We looked at a few houses, and the first offer we wrote was accepted which is rare in this market!! He overcame ALL of the hiccups throughout the transaction and made sure we got to the closing table and bought our new home!
