BJ was incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchase of my home. He was knowledgable, kind, explained everything thoroughly, and most important - was very responsive and was always ahead of the process. He took the time to make sure I knew what was going on and what my options were. The home buying process is a huge and daunting task for anyone, but BJ made it simple and easy. I am a first time home owner. BJ Santiago made buying my first home easy. He was always available to talk to and always was looking for the right place for me to look at. When it came time to buy he helped me find the best place to take out a loan and who to use for the inspection. I highly recommend BJ to buy or sell a home for you.

BJ was awesome overall. My wife and are first time home buyers and we have been incredibly picky and asked a million questions. BJ was quick to answer our questions and if he didn't know the answer to something he told us he didn't know, but then did the necessary research to find out the answer and get back with us in a timely manner. My only knock is that after our offer was accepted and the final negotiations were complete and we were in the period between closing, he was distant and less responsive and didn't let us know what we needed to do. The fact that we were first time home buyers we needed to know more about the process after the final negotiations. That being said, he was amazing. He would drop everything at random times of the day to meet us at a property and be very aggressive with negotiations. I would absolutely recommend BJ and plan to use him in the future.

BJ was a great realtor for me. I put all of my trust into his hands for the biggest investment I'll ever make! I am so thankful to have had his help. I'm very picky and he dealt with that daily, haha! (Like a champ) I love my new home and I cannot thank him enough!
