Birgit made the process of purchasing our condo very easy and stress free. She is by far the most professional & knowledgeable real estate agent we ever encountered. She above and beyond to assist us in this process.

Birgit is a joy to work with from start to finish and couln’t asked for a better realtor to experience home purchase journey with. As a first time home buyer in a new state she was very knowledagable and very detailed when showing me different neighberhoods and potential new homes. We spent countles hours discussing the pricing, offer and closing processes as well as the loan process to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. She suprised me with her calmness yet stern tone during the negotiation phase while representing my best interest. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and highly recommend her!

It has been just over a month since I closed on my condo, but every day I thank God that he brought Birgit into my life. I met her in January 2022 when I was looking for a rental property. I had less than a month to find a place and Birgit went all out to find and show me relevant rental properties. She took the time to get to know me, my tastes, and my budget, which helped narrow down the options. Birgit and I developed a friendly rapport as we had some shared interests so we kept in touch over the next year and a half. While searching for the rental, I told her I eventually wanted to buy a home, but I did not think anymore about it after that. Had it not been for Birgit, I would not be sitting in my home today! In May 2023, she invited me to attend a seminar in which I learned more about buying a home. I did not think I was able to purchase at that time, but because of her recommendation, I decided to try. Birgit had a good understanding of what I wanted and was consistent in finding listings that met my particular needs. During the search period, I had a physical injury and an illness, as well as a time-limited work project, which limited my ability to look at properties. Birgit planned viewings that worked with my schedule, sometimes on Sundays and sometimes in the rain. She was also caring enough to bring me homemade soup and other remedies to help with my healing. She really helped me a lot both professionally and personally. I am proud to say that not only is she my real estate agent, but she is also my friend! When we saw the final two properties, we knew it was a hard choice, but she knew that my heart was on the property I now own, so when I asked her which she would choose if she were me, she concurred with my choice. After the closing, I told her she deserved a bonus for all her work in helping me. There isn't enough space for me to say all I want to say about Birgit, but I will tell you she is a special lady who is highly recommended.

I was so lucky to have known Birgit through a friend that had used her and had told me about her dedication to her profession. When i decided to sell my Condo i contacted Birgit and she went right to work. After listing the property by a few days the Condo was sold.Her expertise then showed up in guiding me how to prepare the contents for shipping and because of trouble with painful hands she jumped in and helped in the packing and removing to storage most of my furniture which was more than i expected of her, I felt indebted to her for the rest of my life for the extra work that she did not have to do. I recommend her services in the blink of an eye and will stand by my evaluation of her knowledge,communication and professionalism in the field of her profession. I take the opportunity of writing this review to thank Birgit again and again for everything she did to make my life and he move bearable.

Dealing with Birgit was as smooth and as easy as it could have been. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. While buying a house is never easy, it’s especially not easy when you’re out of state. Birgit went above and beyond her duties as a “realtor” and acted more like family. She always kept us up to date with anything that was going on. We truly could not have done this without her. We are extremely happy with her, and could not have had a better experience.
