Billy Ray was extremely helpful and always communicating with me. He went above and beyond to make this dual sale happen. He was always willing to step in and do whatever was necessary. It was a pleasure working with him. We both learned a lot. He made me feel very comfortable when I didn't understand something. Very patient and friendly.
