About Billie Jene

My name is Billie Jene Nowling and I am the Broker and owner of APC Real Estate Group. I was born and raised in the Florida Panhandle and began working in the real estate industry in 2012 as a receptionist for a local title company. I quickly worked my way up to a licensed title agent, processing and handling real estate closings while assisting realtors in helping to get their deals closed. With over 7 years of experience in the closing & title insurance business, I decided to make the move over to real estate sales in 2019. I continued working within the title insurance business for another 3 years after that totaling around 10 years experience in title insurance and real estate closings. I love being a part of what most people consider to be the biggest financial investment of their lives. Buying or Selling a home is not something we take lightly. It is a very big deal to us. My title work experience, knowledge of our local market and winning personality has laid the groundwork for a successful career in real estate sales. In 2022 I knew it was time for me to spread my wings and grow my business a little more and I decided to open my own brokerage, which you now know as APC Real Estate Group. It has been such an amazing journey! I have always enjoyed meeting new people. I love being involved in our community any time I can be and enjoy attending all of the festivities and events throughout the different times of the year with my family. I look forward to working with all of my friends, family and neighbors as I build a long and prosperous career in real estate and I am proud to be able to do that with my team at APC Real Estate Group.
