I strictly followed her advices to prepare best my house for sale and as a result we had a buyer just in a week. Have in mind that with the previous realtor the house stayed on the market for over 9 months.

SHe was hiper patient as we traveled to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. I met Billie over the phone. I saw some listings she had. I explained to her....in the upcoming year....I would like to relocate to to the west coast of Florida. Billie was not concerned I wasn't an immediate buyer, and in fact explained to me she has relocated many families from other cities, states, and loves helping families! I then added two complications; one of which I had a son with Autism that needed to attend a specific school, and I don't drive on bridges, or interstates. So, she had to find a house in my price range, that I could dive my son to school... She found my dream home! Another thing you should know about Billie is that she is very resourceful when it comes to relocating families with special needs children.....and I called her several times after I purchased the home...with questions concerning places that provide activities for my son. She had an answer for everything, and if she didn't; she called a friend who would know. Relocation is stressful, but...Bille made it happen.
She was wonderful!! Her local knowledge lead us straight to our new home. The whole process from beginning to end was easily done due to her masterful expertise. Her response time was always immediate and her negotiating skills were excellent. She is an excellent realtor and we welcome her as our friend for life.
