I wanted to buy a Florida home but live up north. I came down for a few days and Billee showed me a bunch of homes. I had some very specific needs and wants, and we didn’t find the right home during the visit. Then the virus arrived and I couldn’t get back down to Florida. Billee stayed in touch with me and kept sending me listings. I had a bunch of properties I was considering but had a stay-at-home order up here. When Florida re-opened, all my potential Florida properties went under contract. New listings were few and far between, but Billee was persistent and found a place that was almost perfect. Billee is an expert at FaceTime viewings, and this enabled me to buy my new home remotely. She also provided me with really helpful information about the area, available services and how to get things done. She is a very sweet person, professional and excellent at her job. Billee Silva is the BEST Real Estate Agent we have ever had the pleasure to work with. We met Billee in May 2019 and realized she was the one who would help us to find our dream home in Fort Myers, FL. At the time we were just beginning our journey but not ready to buy. She understood our wants/needs and never, ever tried to push us outside of our budget range when it would have been so easy to draw us to places more expensive. That meant a ton to us!! Billee's communication via email, text, phone, FaceTime simply can't be beat. Billee was always very straightforward in answering our questions regardless if her answer was what we wanted to hear or what we needed to hear- this is clearly how her character works!! Billee rode the waves with us for a length of time until we were able to come to an agreement with the seller on our unit and she never left our sides. The FaceTime visit first w/ me and then w/ my husband while I was on site visiting the property was full of honesty on the positives and drawbacks on the condo. Again, Billee's straightforward honesty is stellar. Billee has also been a great resource for all things Fort Myers that will be helpful to know. Now that we have closed and are the official owners of our unit one might think our relationship is done w/ Billee but she was very clear that she will always be just a phone call away and both my husband and I will continue to reach out to Billee as we adjust to being owner's in Fort Myers from afar without a hesitation. Billee was so sweet and accommodating throughout the whole home buying experience! She made sure to work around our schedules and was available whenever we had any questions. As first time home buyers we were a bit anxious about everything but Billee was right there to calm our nerves and help us through. She is a wonderful person and definitely an amazing realtor who listened to our concerns and did not push us into anything just to get a sale. She mentioned many times that the home buying experience could take months and to not rush it because the perfect house was out there and man was she right.
