I wanted to buy a Florida home but live up north. I came down for a few days and Billee showed me a bunch of homes. I had some very specific needs and wants, and we didn’t find the right home during the visit. Then the virus arrived and I couldn’t get back down to Florida. Billee stayed in touch with me and kept sending me listings. I had a bunch of properties I was considering but had a stay-at-home order up here. When Florida re-opened, all my potential Florida properties went under contract. New listings were few and far between, but Billee was persistent and found a place that was almost perfect.
