Bill was so helpful when I first came in contact with him . First he help us find the perfect rental place for us this past year . He then met with us to show us place after place even when we didn’t know where we wanted to buy . He was very patient with us and caring about our feelings and what we wanted . He listened to us always and we appreciated everything he did for us . What Bill lacked in knowledge he made up for with listening and he absorbed everything my husband showed him in what he was looking for as a buyer and as a person who used to build houses . I am sure Bill also learned a lot from him . Like I said earlier bill was very caring and kind and a good listener and as we find where we wanted to buy he got to work to help us find our unit that we bought and helped us get it and hook us up with Matt Pell for our loan and stuff .
