This was our first time buying a vacation property. I contacted Bill and he was more than accommodating when it came to arranging meeting times. He fully understood that every time we got together it was a 3 hour drive for us. We looked at several places on 3 trips into the city. Bill was excellent to work with and even though I was very familiar with the process of property purchase, being this was out of state, I had more questions than normal. Bill covered all my questions and calls perfectly. He even worked with me on getting a rush put in on a closing date which was definitely above and beyond the call of duty. If we ever make another purchase he will certainly be my first call. Highly recommended.

When Bill listed my condo, it was the best time for properties to be flying off the shelf. Unfortunately, the 1st buyers backed out only a few days prior to closing, but within the allowable time frame as to now lose their deposit, the 2nd buyers financing fell through when we were very close to the contracted settlement date. Thankfully, Bill was able to communicate these situations calmly, so that I wasn't overly worried that everything would work out fine. It did, the 3rd contract came in and the sale was completed 12/17 - a great Christmas present. I'm happily living in a new home in Montego Bay and looking forward to a great summer at the beach.
