One of the things that most impressed me is that he was on time for our meetings and had us come to his office first to look at the places he had chosen for us to see on his computer with detailed printouts of the information of each of properties we would be seeing. We would go over them first as to not waste time looking at something that we were just not interested in. He would always follow up with us that evening after we had time to discuss each place we had seen. He was extremely detailed orientated. I found that the little stuff was very important in making us feel comfortable. I would recommend Bill and Nancy Richie to anyone who was looking for a realtor.
