Bill was extremely professional throughout the entire process and very patient as we looked at very many homes before finally deciding on the one for us. From there Bill was extremely thorough and constantly communicated with us keeping us updated throughout the process. He made everything so easy and we felt very good knowing the transaction was being kept a close watch on by him. We highly recommend Bill!

Bill did a great job following through on the details, during negotiations, etc….i was out of the country during the closing and he did the site visit to assure the condo as emptied and storage unit. They were still moving out and he stayed till it was cleared out on the afternoon of closing. He is easy to work with and really knows the market.

Did everything as promised, kept communication as needed. Worked with us, while out of the country. Closed without any surprises.
