My academic background in Political Science, Land Use Law and Development, and history has enriched my understanding of the intricacies of the industry. In 2003, I embarked on a professional journey alongside my father, Bill Parry Jr., a distinguished broker with over four decades of experience. Throughout my career, I have cultivated expertise in various facets of real estate, specializing in new construction homes by collaborating with numerous area builders. This involves sourcing vacant lots, facilitating knockdowns, and effectively marketing the resulting properties. Beyond new developments, I excel in selling existing homes, condominiums, and multi-family residences, often assisting investors in expanding their portfolios. My proficiency extends to navigating complex transactions involving probate and family law properties, where I liaise with Probate Courts, Judges, Attorneys, and family members to facilitate seamless processes. Complementing my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to philanthropic and civic engagements. For the past 18 years, I have been an active member of The Milford Rotary Club, holding positions on the Board of Directors, serving on multiple committees, and presently fulfilling the role of Club Vice President. Additionally, I lend my support to other charitable initiatives within the Milford community, including The Literacy Center of Milford, Food to Kids, and the homeless shelter, The Bethel Center, as well as many others. As an engaged member of The Milford Chamber of Commerce, I advocate for local businesses, foster networking opportunities, and endeavor to enhance the overall quality of life in our community. Bill is very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market! We were not disappointed.

Best realtor out there!!!

Bill was always attentive to everything. Every step of the way he worked out every detail. He had many resources if I needed such as a clean out company, a great photographer to take the pictures and worked along with the attorneys and the other realtor to massage everything along. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.
