Bill is experienced & hard working. He was very professional for BOTH transactions. We worked with Bill Owens to purchase a home (in late 2020) and to sell our condo ( in early 2021). Because of Bill’s experience we were able to see the house we were interested in before it was listed on MLS. This was a great advantage for us. We believe that no one else got to see the house before we made an offer. Bill, with his patient and calm demeanor, got us through a quagmire caused on the seller’s side. We thought the transaction was dead, but Bill resurrected it so that we could purchase the house. He also did a great job of listing our condo. His description made it sound very appealing and the photographer's work was flattering. We also viewed the YouTube video Bill created, which was well done. He really did a wonderful job emphasizing the positives. On only the 19th day on the market, we accepted an offer. Bill is experienced, hard working and has excellent communication skills.
