We thought the transaction was dead, but Bill resurrected it so that we could purchase the house. He also did a great job of listing our condo. His description made it sound very appealing and the photographer's work was flattering. We also viewed the YouTube video Bill created, which was well done. He really did a wonderful job emphasizing the positives. On only the 19th day on the market, we accepted an offer. Bill is experienced, hard working and has excellent communication skills.
