As a first time home buyer Bill was great to work to from the beginning to the end! My girlfriend and I met him while checking out an open house and after a nice conversation we took his card and we followed up a couple of weeks later about getting into the process. We sat down and grabbed coffee, Bill walking us through the starting process all the way to the closing, while answering our questions along the way. We were quickly put at ease by Bill's knowledge of the areas we wanted to live and understanding of the overall real estate market. He was good about providing listings he thought might fit our location and style, but also was always willing to see places we sent him as well. Bill was extremely flexible with seeing places same day and quick to get the proper documentation to us when we were wanting to get an offer in. He was extremely helpful in advising on different strategies we could utilize to put in a strong offer in a competitive market, but also said from the beginning we would end up in the house that fit best for us. That couldn't have been more true, after lots of viewings and a couple of offers we landed on a house that we knew we was the perfect house for us. Bill was on top of it as soon as we let him know we wanted to make a push and 24 hours later we had an accepted offer in hand! We were able to close under 30 days with the help of Bill keeping the process moving forward and he was even able to get us some money back on the offer price after the inspection! I could not recommend him enough, the expertise and mindset he brought to the table turned what could have been a hair pulling experience into a positive one for us!
