Bill Millwood is a great agent to work with. He is incredibly responsive and really cares about getting you everything it is you are looking for in a new property. We had a lot of needs in our new home, including being really close to family. He helped us find everything we were looking for. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure we were well informed. He made the process of buying a home from a distance during COVID as smooth as possible. We greatly appreciate everything he did for us and can’t imagine a better realtor to work with.

Bill has been an amazing realtor! We had a bad experience with another realtor when someone suggested him. We almost just gave up but very glad we didn't! Bill was so fast to respond to our questions or any house we wanted to look at. He helped us throughout the entire process. We bought our 1st home with him almost 5 years ago and had no question when we decided to buy our 2nd that he would be our guy!!

The experience was wonderful. Bill helped us every step on the way to selling our house. He informed us on the pricing of similar homes, helped us repair a few things (replaced inside door and had a plumber repair a toilet), and handled all the ads and showing.
