Nice we had an accepted contract, Bill provided us with several local contractors to handle small projects that needed handling. He was a tremendous resource, especially with the fact that we were not familiar with the area. Throughout the whole process, Bill was super respectful of our needs and situation and always had the best interest of his seller in mind while still helping us, the buyers.
