I’m from another state and Bill helped me through all the processes in obtaining my new house. He helped me with everything from the bank to the taxes and all in between. The transition was really easy.

Bill was very helpful and responsive to all questions and viewing of homes. Being that I was from out of state, he would go to homes and view for me, send me photo's, video's and follow up on questions of properties that I would have. He made himself available at all times and assisted in setting up a time for me to come down personally to make my final inspection once we found a home. He was very informative to local contacts including closing attorneys available. The type of treatment and commitment he showed me, you would think I was buying a very expensive home, but that was not the case, the value and commission was not a concern to him but giving great customer service was a priority and it showed. I would highly recommend him, especially if you need an agent that can really evaluate locations due to being far away.
