For over 30 years Bill has been a highly successful real estate professional. He started his real estate career selling new homes in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bill quickly became one of the leading sales executives and earned numerous sales awards from the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association; including a National Sales Award from the National Home Builders Association. In 1996 Bill fell in love with the east coast of Florida and moved here with his children Ashley and Christopher and has been here ever since. Today, Bill combines his exceptional local knowledge of east central Florida with many years spent working with builders and developers in planned community construction and sales, including preowned homes and investment properties, to offer his customers a keen eye for accurately assessing both value and potential in a property. Bill helps sellers showcase each property’s unique qualities to ensure a sale at top dollar and Buyers benefit from his knowledge of the local market and expert negotiating skills. When Bill is not practicing real estate, he enjoys remodeling investment properties and building new homes in beachside neighborhoods throughout east central Florida.
