Great Realtor

Bill Cantrell is a great realtor. He listed our house for sale, had an open house and sold it for full price that day! His knowledge of the market and associated demand was instrumental in selling the house. He provided us with all the relevant information and comparable sales information to allow us to price the house appropriately. He also went out of his way to help us finalize inspection report items that needed to be corrected. Since we were out of town, he physically went to pick up an invoice and checkoff list of corrected items from a vendor who was having difficulty emailing the completed items for inspection satisfaction. He was very thorough from beginning to the end of the process and provided assistance well above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. We would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home.
