Before our first meeting, Bill had done all the research on the housing market in our area. He was able to show us other comparable homes and the pricing. He also told us how the housing market was doing. He had all the history on our home and property, which was very impressive. This was our first sale of a home and he made us very comfortable. In preparing for the sale of the house, Bill had a photographer that took pictures of the interior, exterior and aerial shots of the house and the surrounding area.
