Caring, insightful and very personable

Before our first meeting, Bill had done all the research on the housing market in our area. He was able to show us other comparable homes and the pricing. He also told us how the housing market was doing. He had all the history on our home and property, which was very impressive. This was our first sale of a home and he made us very comfortable. From the very beginning he said that we were a team and would make all the decisions together. In preparing for the sale of the house, Bill had a photographer that took pictures of the interior, exterior and aerial shots of the house and the surrounding area. Which were amazing, we never saw the area from the sky. Through the whole process, he kept ourselves and our neighbor that was taking care of our house, apprised of when things were happening and what time the house was being shown so that there were no surprises. We are grateful to have met Bill and feel that we have made a new friend in Bill Cantrell.
