I know my market area so well, major lenders have selected me to conduct more than 8,000 Broker Price Opinions (BPO) for their foreclosed properties prior to putting them on the market. In fact, my listings have a 97.5% ratio of list price to sell price, as well as shorter days on the market than the market average.
